Shape is happy to announce its latest contract.
After going through yet another nail biting tender bid, Shape Have been awarded Via Woking Borough Council a 3 year 'Aid & Adaption Contract' to the value of £250,000 per annum.
Headed by Phil Tyrrill (Contracts Manager), Roy Holman (Contracts Foreman) and their team. Shape continue in its long and valued partnering relationship with Woking Borough Council and the tenants to which we serve.
Phil stated “Over the years Shape and the Team have worked closely with Woking Council along with their grant department 'Homelink' to develop a team which has become specialised in providing specialist adaptation works. These include not only Level access showers and grab rails, but ramps, heating, conversions, extensions and much more.
We continue to met the challenge of keeping up-to date with ever changing Building regulation such as Part Doc M, Part P for electrical and Part J for heating.
Shape also understands not just the work requirement needs but also the individual needs of every client we come in contact with. We ensure that liaison with both the tenant and the occupational therapist has been carried out before any project has started and believe this is the key to any successful project.”
